Right now, I am really baked from some Kush Star and was searching youtube for random music, came across The Mars Volta... really fucking good music to listen to. Does anyone else know any artists like these guys?

The creepy style reminds me of some Alice Cooper stuff I used to listen to from my dads old records, but this stuff is so much better.

Well I found a copy of the song The Widow on youtube, and it is apparently recorded from a live performance in 2004 somewhere... anyways if you listen to it (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=94MVnEfy wq4) you can hear his vocals going through different effects... which someone commented as "Acoustic/Neo-Prog" is there anything else like this?
