my song...where is it. where!!

Hi, new to NG here.
I uploaded a song, and awaited the moderator approval for it. Waited 2 days so far and it still says on my account screen 'you have not uploaded any music'. Yet if I try to re upload it says 'you've already uploaded that file'..... eh?
it cant be that the song is crap because it isnt. song was an mp3 file, 3meg or so.

any help appreciated.

Hehe, yup. Being approved on Newgrounds can take some time. I believe it took me one month, more or less? It can take much longer time, too. Uncountable new artists show up in the Audio Portal every single day, and the moderators need to make sure that their work is genuinely theirs and stuff like that. At the same time, moderators here on a volunteer basis, and they cannot spend every hour of their life on Newgrounds. This is why it can take a lot of time. =)

However, they will see your submission, and if you know for sure that your work is your own and so, then only time will tell when you see your submission. If however, it does take up to a month, you can still message an Audio Moderator or go to the topic that the user above me linked. That is my impression of it all. ^_^

Have patience, and good luck! We shall hopefully see thou in the Audio Portal soon.
