I've seen a lot of users who's level is 1, and then I see that they signed up some 5 or 6 years ago. I just can't seem to grasp how this happens. Can someone explain why these people are still level 1 after that long?

Level and experience doesn't mean much. It's all about the number of art reviews you have.
Having an early sign up date is the real secret. No one cares how many posts you have if you've been here for years.

I havent made a review in a good .... six months.
They are that level because they do not deposit their daily experience. How was that hard to grasp?

Hell if I came here every day depositing those points from since the day I signed up, I would have been a really high level by now, but I have a life you see and that tends to get in the way.
