I have GTA 4 for PS3,but how do I get mods on it?Do I use my laptop or should I get someone to do it?If you can,leave a descriptive instructional message.

I'm not 100% positive but I think you have to have it on PC to mod it. If you can mod PS3 version it prob would take alot of modding experience and know how.

You cannot do such a thing.
Modding PS3's is UNPOSSIBLE
As already stated, the PC version can be modded.
