actually, new evidence shows that the moon's gravity can affect the molten rock under the earth creating "tides" just like it does with the oceans. this can cause predictable seismic activity. and maybe with some refining in the science, you could create clocks just like with the tides that notify you of seismic activity.

"Evidence" that we have no way of measuring accurately.
We're nowhere near being able to predict Earthquakes down to days and months, nevermind being able to say reliably that one will happen several months from now.
Plus, its pretty obvious the guy isn't serious.

actually, there is one guy who has a formula that uses the moon to predict earthquakes, and he's had a nearly perfect success rate. i can't remember his name bc i saw it on nat geo a few years ago
