The leftmost one, the shy/crying one. Her right eye (our left) is really low compared to her left (our right) one. You could probably pull it up some more.
Anyways, its a good character set.
Are you going planning on making any more for Project Denovo? Would be nice to know.

As little as I like explaining jokes, it's a reference to the Valentine's Day card in The Simpsons that had a picture of a train and said "I choo-choo-choose you"

I had a dream... that one day I would not be lynched by the color of my skin but by the content of my character... wait... I think I'm doing it wrong :/
I made a flash for Valentine's Day so I'm just gonna whore it a bit here.

Check out the game JoSilver, Fungasm and I made for the Game Jam in under 72 hours. I did the intro animation, the outro animation, and the background art. Fungasm did the animation for the main character and the demon in the game proper, plus the menu screen.

Very nice :3
Fun, easy to learn, but has a good difficulty curve.
I gave it a passing vote..
I hate to whore another flash but-
Wait, no I don't.
I just finished a flash I've been making on and off for a little over a month, entitled "Gurl Gamers". It's about girls that play games and expect people to care.

I was thinking of doing a Pico Day animation, so I thought I'd practise drawing one of the Newgrounds characters in a cartoony style.

For this same reason I decided to do a redesign of Nene for one part of my planned animation.
Any thoughts?

I think his head and face looks a little too similiar to Nene. But maybe that's just me.

The forefront doesn't follow the perspective lines. namely the bar, pool table, and lights above the bar, which is a great deal of the front. The chairs, as Tre pointed out, look painful to sit in, and the top of the tables should not be shown as much. The fan should not be at that angle either.
As for your pico stuff, Nene has bowed legs. The lack of pupils in each takes away from them as well. I also think that if you were to have that set of 3, Darnell should be facing forwards too, or, better yet, Nene facing to (her) right.
Still, Darnell is my favorite of the three.

Yeah, I couldn't be bothered drawing all the lines necessary to get the perspective exact, because that would have taken longer and been kinda boring. So I just decided 'okay, I'll make it so it's not overtly wrong' since people don't generally pay that much attention.
I'm not sure I understand the comments about the chairs, though. They just look like chairs to me.

1. Draw a black to white gradient upwards, with black on the bottom.
2. Select the colour halftone filter, and type in a consistent angle for all four angle fields (e.g. Darnell's one is 20 degrees), plus whatever size you want the dots to be.
3. Go to 'select' in the top menu, and select 'colour range...'. Then select the white of the canvas. Then press 'okay', and press 'delete' on your keyboard to delete them.
4. Colour the black dots whatever colour you want.

Experimenting in character design. This particular picture is a failure but I might try to make something of the basic idea.
