I notice some issues with perspective in this picture, mainly with the girl, she seems out of place in the picture and doesn't seem to fit the perspective at all. She looks as if she was just stuck there at the last moment. Another thing is that her legs seem just a little too thin after the thighs, easy problem to be fixed.
Other than that I like the picture and the shading looks really nice, keep it up.

Artists actually are the biggest conformers to others whim, Most paintings were done under the instruction of a patron. Someone who supported the artist.
