Where is it illegal to smoke aged two? You can't sell tobacco to anyone aged two in many places, but I'm not sure if it's actually illegal to smoke under a certain age anywhere.

In some states it's illegal for a minor to possess cigarettes. And it's kind of impossible to legally smoke a cigarette if you can't legally have it.
