If you are on the air, and someone reports you as offensive, you might. Not as bad a fuck or n-word.
You could have said, I pooped my pants and my rear hurts. But anyways I find no reason why you would want to say that on the radio.
You keep saying if if if. The thing is, you rarely need those words unless you want to insult someone (e.i. Martha is a fucking bitch), and everyone knows that a proffesional talk show host never has to insult anyone become it makes him look amateur. e.i: He cannot come up with a competing response so he has to resort to swearing.

If's are what created this nation. What if the people could vote? What if etc. etc. I ask it because it can happen. And if it can happen and it's not unconstitutional, than it should be allowed to occur.

Really, if someone doesn't like what someone is talking about, they can easily change the channel. No harm done to them. People that don't like it and listen to it are total dumbasses, which make up a good part of the USA....

But really, Howard Stern was fined because he was talking about sex, he did not say any swear words. That is something that you are preaching about, that sex and drugs should be allowed, but not the 7 no-no words.

He got fined because he used the n-word.
The reason people don't just change channels is simple. Its not that they don't like the program, they don't like the swearing.

When I was in high school there was a million thing I couldnt do over there. I couldn't swear to teachers, I couldn't smoke on grounds, I couldn't cut classes...
Are any of these unconstitutional? Then why shouldn't I be allowed to do it?
Because there are rules that surpass the law if you agree to them. If you don't agree to those rules, then get the fuck out.
