4.07 / 5.00 13,902 ViewsWe did this in my high school anatomy class. It was a fun time. If I recall correctly, the girls were really freaked out by the random juices that came off the pig. So if you really want to freak them out, try popping the eye ball or something. Or you could try picking it up and pretending it's a puppet, I don't think girls fancy that too much.
Oh, and one final thing we did to freak people out was crack open the skull and look at the brain. However, after we got done looking at the brain and all of its contents we took it and squished it between our fingers (with gloves on of course). Basically it looked like tuna and all the girls gave a collective "ewwwww" and freaked out. So good luck scaring your classmates.
I had fun with dissection in class. Was one of the only people man enough to take charge and to do the dissecting and get my hands dirty.
Apparently was really good at it, too, by the way I was able to be delicate and slice what I needed to without cutting something else that wasn't supposed to be cut.
Also found out that me and my friend made my fetal pig's balls drop.
and also someone apparently stuffed a decapitated pig head onto someone's locker one year.
You misspelled dissect wrong. Also, you guys are sick.
Do you love me?

In my college bio class, we dissected a huge pigeon. We cut into the throat and opened up the crop, and it was full of seeds and pebbles. Then we removed the brain while keeping it intact. Pretty baller stuff.
Are the pigs and stuff killed when they are used in dissecting? They are obviously dead, but I think it may in fact be a better fate than going to a meat factory and being butchered. I know that there are parts of cows (such as eyes) that are taken out after the animal dies so that they can be used in school experiments.

Some people feel content to pour syrup on shit and call it pancakes their whole lives.
Throw the fetus at them! One time in my Marine Science class, we dissected sharks. (We still have some for next year, I guess.) Now, sharks have these things called claspers. Well, the male ones did anyway. Ya see, those are their penises, which during mating season, the males bite each other's off. So while we were dissecting said sharks, we wanted to throw a clasper at this annoying kid named Michael Lopez.
Sadly, we forgot.
Partner up with a girl, learn something, have fun!!
At my school all we dissected were male and female flowers.
Take out some of the intestines, cut up 3 pieces and put one in each nostril and one coming out of its mouth and show it to them!
Another good way to make this more entertaining is to transform it into a little ventriloquist puppet and name it Piglet. That will impress the ladies in your class for sure...
There's bound to be a Winnie the Pooh fan in there, right?
