Denmark way to push the self destruct button there, they were holding out quite well till then oh well 1-0 Holland

So unlucky, that might shake this up a bit.
Very unlucky, bounced of the back. At least something is happening :D

Meh, so the dutch team needs an own goal to win their games?
WTF, did I just miss a goal? What happened?!

I think that the game is so slow cause the stadium is located at a high altitude and both teams aren't prepared for it.

You know what they say, it's better to be lucky than good. :P
There was nothing that one defender could do to get out of the way, though the other defender should have headed it over the goal instead of trying to go to the side.

Absolutely not. They're just not playing that good, no idea why...

Actually it seemed to me like he wanted to head it forward, but accidentally headed it sideways against the back of the other defender. It was a bit unlucky, but at the same time very bad heading by Poulsen.

I'm just trying to mock the dutch team. It's a fun thing to do. :P
And for a dutch it's a fun thing to mock the german team. ;)

So true :P
Anyway, did anybody see Elia's little tricky? Awesome sauce :P

I again push my campaign for a ball made of lead in Brazil '14.
It would've made the Dutch attack in this match all the more interesting! Slightly disappointing so far, not sure how far the altitude is involved as has been mentioned.

It's possible, I don't know at which height they exactly are. Btw, Elia did it again! :D

He just did another one. Good stuff! There's more shadow above the field now so maybe they'll pick up the pace.

It's a good thing they brought in Elia, although I would have rather seen Kuyt substituted. He's been useless thus far. I'm also a little disappointed in van Persie. He can do much better than what he has shown today.

Only mocking them when they're playing against Holland ;)
For the rest I've actually been a supporter of the German team for a long time now.

I think they're at 1700 meters, but I'm not sure.

Sorry I just can't bring myself to like the dutch team no matter against which team they play. :P
The only time I like dutch players is when they play for german teams. ^^
I'm not watching the game, ut I think they just scored because of blaring horns and screaming people outside...
Another goal, that seals it.
My snarky comment aside, the Dutch have improved their attack, especially with Elia. The Danes have just fizzled out. There had to be a second goal at some point.
KUYT! GOALL!!!!!!! It's an easy-peasy one, but still a goal! :D

Holy shit! Nice save by Poulsen. Anyway i think the Danes just want this game to end already :)

you my friend, seriously fail.
I think us Danes exceeded everyones expectations at the game today.
Japan vs Cameroon next. I think Japan will win 3:1. That's right, i hope there's gonna be many goals.

Kind of an uber fail, if you ask me.
Game is over. Holland won 2 - 0. I won 6 euro's with pouling. :D

And it was almost 3-0.
Yeah Holland improved their attacks and the Danes lost their strength. I think the current score is fair. Holland deserved the victory, even though they didn't play nearly as well as they could.
Man of the match: Elia
Although he only played for about 20 minutes.
At 6/14/10 09:08 AM, Haggard wrote: The only time I like dutch players is when they play for german teams. ^^
But that's like a quarter of the dutch team! Plus some players used to play for German teams.

Yes, "used to" so I don't like them anymore. :P
Nah, seriously though. The dutch have a great team and I hope they get far in the tournament. But I also hope they won't be better than the german team. ;)

Holland just lost their insecurity when Poulsen did the own goal, got fuck all to do with strength or tactics.

I think it's going to be 2-1 Cameroon. Hopefully there will be an early goal in this match.

Surprisingly i was worried about the defence when the game actaully started. But De Jong, Van Bommel, Van Der Wiel...i was really impressed. The attack was quite a letdown though..Van Persie's shots....Elia and Afellay did i really good job. Espcially Elia bringing up the attack and De Jong getting back the ball. Elia was unlucky though with the ball hitting the post, but well done by Kuyt....i just hope robben will recover in time and the rest of the starting attackers ( Vaart, Sneidjer, Persie) get back in top form.
Theres a scoop of ice cream in my brain , i wonder what flavour it is.
-----What the fuck is you doing?
Bleh.
I'm predicting 3-1 Cameroon and the Japanese coach committing seppuku at midfield afterwards.
