I think the necessity to rhyme and the word min are slightly flawed.

At least give a line limit as 100 words can be a bit much for poetry, depending on the author of course.

Also most modern poetry experts write off rhyming as a dead trait.

This is your collab though, so do as you wish ;)

That sounds pretty good, I have almost finished mine and it will be submitted later. I am not all that sure anymore how I would submit this to the Writing Submission post. I will however be creating a book like flash submission and will be posting all of these in the Flash submission. If anyone wants to have a flash submission on there account please try and write poems. This is for anyone who wants to write poems. You can create as many flash submissions as you want.

People who are in the collab so far:
FatkidwitaJetPak
Munio
SteakandKidneyPie

Please do you best in these poems, it will be posted in a flash submission as well.

I need about another 15 people in the collab. That is all I want. If you know of anyone that is good at poetry and has not yet seen this post, please get them to join this collab

On, off
Black, white
I know not
What is wrong or right

I know the "If" and the "else"
The structure of thought
This monochrome morality
Is all that I've got

I search through the code
And I know what to do
Execute functions
On every cue

True, false
Zero, one
Performing action
Process done

Yeh that is quite good. This will be in a book like flash submission. Please pm as many people as possible to join in on this collab.

By the way, I am now letting writing in. Though it must be more than 300 words. If I like it, it will be submitted

Here is the .swf so far of the book. I haven't put in any short stories yet but I was just showing you how it is going so far. I need someone to create a front page though, just so it all looks like one book

great start however you need to make some more adjustments because it's not very pleasent to read
- quality needs to go up a bit books and letter
- page change animations perhaps?
- diffrent letter type/size/colour?
- should add the function to bookmark pages
- index (maybe per author?)
- background music? something soothing (perhaps one song for each poem)
-

Good job though

Go look at the story book collab's system, it looked much better than yours. Also reading a story at that size would be impossible for most people....that's so damn small.

Yeh, there is still another couple of weeks, so I can do some more adjustments. By the way, I am using macromedia flash, so if anyone else that is good at creating pages turn I can give you the.fla so you can do it. If you can you will be co-author straight away.

Oh yes and there is a Index, I just have not put in most of the buttons. If someone could create a cover for the book it will be a huge help.

If you can put it all together a better way than I can, then please do so.

And there will be someone voicing this book to.

TrevorW, could you please give me a link to the story book, I would like to check it out.

So if you can put this together really well, please do so. Thanks

Is that word count completely necessary?
I know 100 words doesnt sound like a lot, but depending on the style of the poem and the nature of the author, it can be quite hindering. My poetry usually hits at least 100 words, but for the way i want to do this, its sort of causing problems.

This is why there are requirements to start a collab.

Yeh, as long as it is quite good. It does not really matter, I just was not sure at the time
