That said, I have been using Sumopaint, a free online paint program to make my digital works. I have been hearing that it is a relatively"juvenile" program and want to upgrade but have very limited funds, so it needs to be free. I have been referred to GIMP, but it is a photo enhancement tool primarily. I am looking for an original works tool. I have also heard of Paint.Net. Sounds good but I have heard no decent reviews or comparisons to Sumo. Am I missing any good ones? Is Paint.Net better? I can make Sumo work pretty good for me so far, but am ready to LVL up, so to speak, to a tool with more options. Thank you in advance. This was done in Sumo.
