Clinton was a draft dodger and Kennedy had an afair to name a few for the dems. so if you think you can give me a perfectly good reason why you could do a better job than bush in office. AND DONT SAY CUZ YOU CAN FREAKING 'UNUNCIATE! i will crack your freaking skull, and by the time im outta prison hopefully you'll be coming outta your coma, and guess what? i'll do it again cuz im STUPID! Ok for starters I don't have to explain why I personally would do a better job, I'm not running for office, I'm not suggesting I could do better.
Secondly, yes every president has made mistakes, but that doesn't mean that the current one (or the past ones for that matter) is above criticism.
And I think your eagerness to resort to violence shows that you really have no solid argument to make, just pointless threats to people you don't even know.
Thank you and goodnight.

I feel i could do better because I would look out for those other than my sponsors. I would also get my news from CNN, not my cabinet.

First off, he did not win the elections, he stole them. Second, yes I think I could do a better job than him. I wouldn't piss off the entire world, wreck the environment and start wars to benefit my oil company.

Because CNN knows everything and is free of bias, right?

Don't worry, I would never say that I can "ununciate", considering it's not even a fucking word, jackass.

Its not that I want to be president, I just want a president that knows of human existence. (Not that I'm knocking the wealthy, Sid Hartha was born a prince and became the divine) Many people from a background such as Bush's have no idea what the average person goes through for a living, and why should he? It's never been part of his world let alone his life. We need president that knows, or trys to get intouch with, all aspects of America. By connecting with a welfare mother of 5, as well as CEO's, and middleclass he gets a better connection with his people. Widening his perception of reality.

I think the best way to get a fair president would be someone who worked their way through society from poor to wealthy. The only reason they would have to be wealthy is because elections cost a lot of money. The thing about Bush is that all he and his family thinks about is money and the bible. He's thinking in his mind at all times: oil and jesus, oil and jesus. War in Iraq: economic hidden agenda, or "crusade", as bush was dumb enough to mention before his advisors told him not to.

This is a political forum, therefore, people who are probush talk about their beliefs, whereas people who are smart argue with them. This thread basically defines the forum.

if I could, I'd make a pie chart and it would look something like this; 1/3 of the topics here are about Bush, 1/3 are about homosexuality and the other 1/3 actually has legitimate stuff.
As I pointed out, there already is a shitload of threads about Bush, and some of 'em make quite a bit more sense than this one.
What Im trying to say is this thread really has nothing to debate about. read the first post, the guy is just on some crazy rant that really dosen't make much sense and really dosen't have a point.

yeah, but once a couple of responses get going, it really doesn't matter what it started out as, just what it ended up becoming. The person who started this was obviously just blowing shit out his ass, but now it has turned into a political debate about the redundancy of poor political debates in this political debate forum.

So by your logic, let anyone in there, they'll have advisors.

Lincoln. and those are way past mistakes.
Clinton was a draft dodger and Kennedy had an afair to name a few for the dems.
First of all, nobody said those presidents were better (but they were)
so if you think you can give me a perfectly good reason why you could do a better job than bush in office. AND DONT SAY CUZ YOU CAN FREAKING 'UNUNCIATE!
I wouldn't brake international law for the pursuit of oil. It is because of oil, if you think it was because of 9-11, your very wrong, bush decided to go to Iraq long before his presidency.
i will crack your freaking skull, and by the time im outta prison hopefully you'll be coming outta your coma, and guess what? i'll do it again cuz im STUPID! Mess with the best die like the rest!

Says you. If the supreme court didn't step in when they did, members of the democrat party would still be recounting votes with no standards to go by, throwing votes for Bush in the trash.

Your implying that you wouldn't have gone after Osama or Sadam, or cracked down on known terrorists going through our airports? And where do you get this "wreck the environment" bullshit?
Bush doesn't own an oil company by the way, and neither does Cheney.

I wouldn't have gone after Saddam, Osama is a completely different deal. No the best people, but nothing alike.

Cheney is the CEO of a large oil company

Look, everybody knows that Bush lost the popular vote, but the country elects the president based on the electoral votes. Under the nation's laws the popular vote doesn't mean squat. Yeah, it may seem very unfair that the majority of the population doesn't necessarily get to choose the president, but that is the way the laws are written. Bush stole no election, the way he won and the supreme court decisions that were made after the election are all part of valid American leagal processes. To say Bush stole the presidency is to sound as if you are accusing him of allowing all republicans to vote twice or something along those lines. He won the election due to the anomalies in the US election process, not because he "stole" or "cheated." Like I said, it may seem very unfair how Bush won, but it's been 3.5 years now; time to stop whining about a legal process that didn't come out in your favor.

Bush did not even win the elections by the US' fucked up election standards. The democrats got the majority of the votes in Florida after all, but Bush went to the supreme court.
He went to supreme court for no valid reasons at all. A supreme court jam packed with friends of his and his daddy, who, surprise, surprise, judged in favor of him. Ta-da, Bush in the white house.
Oh yes, it happend 3,5 years ago, so that makes it okay. You know what, the concentration camps in Nazi Germany were over 50 years ago, so that means it's perfectly alright they gassed millions of jews, gays, gipsy's etc.

I'm sick of this argument. Granted, I hate Bush, but let's call things as they are. Bush did not steal the election. Sure, the supreme court gave it to Bush, but the fact is that it came down to the supreme court to decide. If Gore won, the supreme court would've gave it to him. Also, you can't steal something that was yours before the courts got involved in the first place. I really don't like the twisting of facts here.

WHAT?? That is a bigger lie than Bush's claims of WMD in Iraq. Gore did NOT get the majority votes there. Never had. Bush went to the supreme courts because Gore was doing everything he can to try to get the votes going his way. This was a battle over who was able to play dirtier. Bush had his buddies and Gore had his determination to play Dionne Warwick on messed up ballots. Bush had more votes before the courts got involved and before Gore went on his "they meant to vote for me" crusade.
My God, you about just lose all credibility with that comment.

Some would point to some of the questionable practices that occured with the ballots as evidence of Bush stealing the election, aided by his brother and his lackey who oversaw everything (I forgot her name).
It's only going to be worse this year - because, to solve the problem with crappy voting machines - many jurisdictions put in electronic ones which leave no paper trail!
