Anyone reading this who isn't an icon mod but wants to be one? PM me a request, preferably with a dumping grounds link to an icon you made as a demo. Format should generally be GIF (128 colors usually works) unless the level of detail requires JPG... Size should be in the 4-6k range but goal is still to not have visible quality loss or visible compression artifacts.

Also a tip, if you can't find a good clear picture in the movie you take a snapshot of, if it's too small or anything, right click and press zoom in for those who don't know.

Thanks for taking on all these series pages SG! And EJR too for taking on Jim the Cat after he's been listed like three times in this thread without any takers. :P

The series pages are up and running on the new site, so getting these icons up-to-date makes everything look nicer on the staging server!

Cool. No problem. I won't be able to get to any more series this week because it's the last week before finals so projects and tests and stuff are in the way, but I have a 3 day weekend and 3 hour school days next week, so I'll try to get a lot more done by then if you post some more series pages that need to be done.

I sent Tom a couple of PM's applying for icon modship. First one was just a request while the second one I expanded a bit with an example of an icon I can make. I should have read a little closer to his standards for the first one.

Haven't heard back from him yet for either.

Thanks, man! I had to experiment around with photoshop a bit to get good quality while maintaining a low file size. CS5 really did the trick!

I really want to make good use of my new photoshop program and most of my free time so I figure I could take up this job.

Heinrich is now an icon mod!!!

Browsing the staging server collections, one massive void of missing icons is in the video game parody collections. If you go one by one through each collection, some submissions have icons but most don't. If anyone wants to call dibs, here are some that could be tackled:
