Dump them somewhere (I personally prefer collages of icons) with the links to the submissions and send them here or to an icon mod to upload.

Today I was checking stuff under judgement and when I was on the game / movie's page it didn't show me an icon in the box where I can edit it, but it had an icon when I checked it in the under judgement section.

I uploaded an icon for a movie, but then I noticed there has already been an icon when I checked the under judgement section that I had left open in another tab before.

Now, some icons have definitely changed (I assume some icon mod uploaded new ones) and when I check the submission's page I can see that new one too in that little box reading "edit".

Anybody else noticed something? Is somebody tackling all the under judgement submissions as they come?

I hope somebody gets what I'm babbling about. lol

I was under the impression that submitters HAVE to make an icon for their flashes now.

Me too. But I still see an occassional 2013 (or generally post-redesign) submission without an icon.

This is indeed the case. It doesn't seem to work though - it also didn't work sometimes in the past. Atleast this time the uploaded icons actually stay :x

Well, yes.. I did so for the last flashes. Most didn't have an icon, some did, I guess that some authors noticed the missing icon and (re)uploaded one by themselves.

If I see any new things w/o icons ill jump on them from time to time. Try to get them when they come in instead of them being lost in the world wide thing. I need to start tackling some icons again :(

That sounds good to me! What I noticed is, that the flashes show the icon that the author intented to use under the game/under judgement and movie/under judgement tabs ( unlike under the classic portal tab); they are smaller than 140x90 so the can't be simply copied over since upscaling would have a blurry icon as result but they can atleast be used as reference to recreate what the author wanted as icon.
