I reported this in the EGB earlier, however it passed (albeit with a rough score) and in the reviews someone else is having the same problem as me. Original post:
After the preloader it crashed for me and every time since I've opened it the moment I open the Flash plugin crashes. From the looks of it, he's had a game of the same name flagged for administrative review, too, but I'm cautious to flag as it got further previously. Are anyone else having issues with it crashing?
I've done all the ones Bahamut sent me and moved up the list by 2 places as a result but it looks like Bahamut will fall into 2nd place if Asandir keeps going!
Anyway, flash that need to be delt with:
Same flash: (2nd one has an award so remove the 1st one?)
Reclassify as game?:

Good to hear. You want more? I have 68 prepared already but I can dig up more authors to round it off to 100.

Eh, can't fight this tidal wave.

Nah, I'm searching populare names now so that'll pick up a few iconless flash and possibly authors, I am also building up another list of flash that break rules.
Just done a bunch of Naruto flash, I never want to see another Naruto flash again, ever. I have also got a list of users who need icons that I'll be working through, I moved up another rank in the icon contributors though, I need 900 more to move up another now though.
Also, some more flash that need to be delt with:
Stolen images (hentai slideshows/quizes):
Doesn't work? (arrow button does nothing):
those 3 flashes are all shameless advertising:
author deleted game and left a flashing screen:
those 3 flashes don't work for me:
Animation is taken off due to relentless arguments:
contains picture(s) of dead people/slideshow/:
flashes got replaced, only screen with words "too big" visable:
same case, shows advertising:
technically just a slideshow of pictures from the Lord of the Rings:

Yay, icon mods doubling as quality control :p
I've got some decent sized lists of users to make now, but I don't think they have any rule braking flash, I'll let you know if I find any ;)

That is very nice from you <3
all those those movies don't load for me:
shows only footage from Jurassic Park with changed voices:
Well I finished off my list I made, it was only something like 150 icons, lol, anyway, looked at the Minecraft search and 3 didn't have icons, I came across this, it seems to be pretty good but massivly underrated.
Should atleast be added to the Minecraft collection imo.

Asandir's pace is just beyond me, I've realised that I averaged about one icon every four minutes, and that's before I started putting thought into compression, at least past the point of submitting 100% quality default Fireworks PNGs. Now I'm even slower, and yet he manages to just keep churning out icons which, as Bahamut pointed out to me, are even of a great quality and perfect compression.
By the way, another duplicate file entry:
0.1kb difference in filesize with nothing to show for it.
While I'm here, can someone provide me with the review flag cutoff date? I find a few abusive reviews on a few older Flashes and tend to flag anyway, however I recall in the past hearing of a particular date where the flagging of reviews older than that are discounted (although without penalty). Is it sometime 2005 backwards? That is when I seem to see the most of them.

While I happen to be lurking (stalking) here I'll answer this.
There is no cut-off date, per se. If you see a review that is abusive, please flag it; that is regardless of its age. *I* show more lenience to older reviews if they are borderline, but we will never penalise you for flagging them. If you flagged loads of borderline old reviews however, then that's when you may get penalised. It's all about context, though.
We ask users to concentrate on flagging recent reviews because they're more likely to be in the public eye and actually be seen by a sizeable number of people.
In summation, yep, flag old abusive reviews if you come across them but flagging newer ones helps us out more.
I just flag reviews as I see them, I don't go hunting for them, but if I recall correctly, the review rules where a little diffrent in the past and that's why some don't get deleted? Or am I wrong there?

This is very helpful, thanks for answering the question. I tend to flag them anyway considering I cannot imagine getting penalised for it, however I had a vague recollection of hearing otherwise. Hopefully lurking these older Flashes will help me finally regain that gold I've been trying to achieve since falling into deep garbage a little over three years or so ago, and thus have a larger effect on stolen Flashes, my NG pet peeve. :3
Apologies for the doublepost, but it's been more than a day. I'm planning to knock out the final few flashes that are yet to receive an icon today, and as the newly submitted flashes are currently down, being distracted by the urge to blam and protect isn't an issue here.
The author of this submission wishes to have it deleted. He's done the naming thing rather than simply deleting it, I expect that this is a matter of not knowing how to delete it, as he says that he wishes to remove it in the response to a review.

I was going to point this out yesterday but I ran out of time and had to leave so well, atleast someone has mentioned this flash :p
I came across these earlier but didn't wish to triplepost. My last author had the following submissions that are just images (or not even that) with audio, make of them what you will:
All of the above are prank audio clips with nothing but a title in the flash itself.
While this is just a slideshow coupled with several audio clips from a film one-after-another.
Arguably this, too, however it's at least kind of in sync with the audio, meaning it has redeemable value.
And that's me all out of icons.
goatse in disguise:
just repeats the loading screen:
slideshow of copyrighted anime pictures and submitted twice:

Where are you even getting all of these from? :3 Are you going onto the portal's /random/ page and repeating that time and time again until you get an iconless flash and then going through the author? That's what I often do, but that combined with my pretty sluggish regular pace of icon creation leads my efforts not too far from null.
By the way, stolen flash.
It even says within the flash that it's developed by Martijn Kunst, whom is well known as the owner of BubbleBox and lead developer there. In addition, there is a copyright notice from 2007 and this was submitted in 2010. The original can be found on his website here.
