haha, Robot Day is approaching!, I'm curious to see the flash and the music that day!

This is pretty unfair since there are members on Newgrounds in which people auto vote 5 to their submissions, IE Jazza, Oney, Explosm, list goes on. I have a perfect submission but I don't know if I should enter it just to win a small 2nd or 3rd place prize and then lose money I could have selling the game to an exclusive sponsor.

Tom, if I submitted a game on Robot Day, is it allowed to be sponsored by the site again or is just winning 2nd place or so on kind of canceling any sort of sponsorship Newgrounds could have?

Please answer.

Look at Nickalodeon. You think the other people on that network aren't pissed enough about their shows being canceled because of sponebob?

Making a flash on here isn't about getting the most popularity, you do it because you think its fun.
If you are only in it for the popularity I suggest you reconsider.
Who cares if you don't win second place, didn't you have fun making the flash.

I know how you feel, but its not all about popularity. Just keep trying...

I'm not in it for popularity, I just worry that if I submit something which I have been working for 1.5 years on (which just happens to be robot themed) just to have it beaten by something that is made in a week or two that I'm wasting my time. Which is why I am asking the forum if I should submit or not.

Robots are the future... The future, freakin' human take-over man! (depending on whether ET arrives first, or Mother Nature plunders for endless, human (super-rich) abuses (BP, etc.). Oh, and don't ever turn a robot off, 'cause it'll freak yer #%^$@ ass off (think terminator, 'specially the 3rd with the cyborg babe).. Oh yeah!:P

Anyhow, for NG banner info., and to especially add yer own, just go to yer account and click on "User Page Header" (there you'll be able to upload whatever snazzy and partially illegal banner of yer dreams!).

I want to submit a movie for robot day but I ain't got know good programs for stuff like that, I guess I'll just have to send some art.

Intresting, I'm looking forward to how the thumbnails will work in a new layout, I'll possibly voulenteer to help too while I'm at it.

The new thumbnails will be bigger than actual flashes.
