Robot Day is July 10th, read all about it! Several users have volunteered audio resources: Rig, MerlinsBeard, Bjra, YouriX.

Kotaku wrote pieces on Human Centipede: The Game and Link's Barrel Beat - thanks for the coverage, guys!

Human Centipede has also been covered by Destructoid and a ton of other sites, including the Twitter feeds for some of the film's stars such as Dieter Laser and Akihiro Kitamura, as well as IFC, the film's distributor!

Go watch this video so Daniel-Mac can win an award for having the most views. I might have posted this too late, though... If so, I'm sorry :(

I wasn't too keen on the human centipede game, but Link's Barrel Beat was awesome.

If I wanted a writer for a Robot Day game, which forum should I ask in? Or would it just be better to make a newspost?

Not to forget that Coop83 has won the Pico writing competition and I took a far second behind him. (I'm assuming it was a far second as his was much better than mine.) Whenever you get around to adding that store credit to our accounts I'm going to have a good looking Tankmen sitting in my room.

Congrats to everyone else!

If you're a writer, it's definitely a great idea to check out the writing anthology. It's going to be fantastic, but it needs plenty of good writers to get made. I know I'm going to be trying to get in on it over the next few weeks, and as for Robot Day, I've got a short story idea brewing that should be really good. The next few months are going to be very interesting, I think.

Yeah, about that - did you get my PM about taking over the monthly writing contests?

Stop flattering me - it wasn't my best piece and we all know that :P

I'll be spending my total store credit on getting a Castle Crashers multi pack and then I'll have to go out and buy a shelf for them to live on :D

It was still by far the best piece in the writing. What do I know though... I didn't think my piece was the second best piece. :P

Yes, that's what I truly want as well, but I don't know if I'll ever win a competition again to get enough store credit for it. Perhaps I'll wait for another 30 dollars for that. We'll see when the time comes I guess.

** Anthology info.

It would be most helpful if you post your stories on Google Wave, its free to sign up, and then add kirklib [at] googlewave [dot] com to your new wave so I can read it/comment for revision, suggest edits. Etc.

I'd also like to request that if anyone views themselves as a decent editor, they let me know so that when we get final pieces we can have a couple people tweaking the submitted works.

Stories would be best on Wave.

Offers of help editing, revising, etc can either go in the thread, in a pm to me or also on wave.

Newgrounds should totally air their songs using an actual radio (the antenna being at the NG Office) for people to tune in all around Philadelphia. Sound good?

Thanks for the support guys! We're extremely happy with how much coverage our little Human Centipede parody game received! Can't believe it was in the New York Times, LA Weekly, Fangoria 'n everything! Too cool.
