vCam AS2's performance?

vCam AS2's performance? 2010-05-25 18:09:37 Reply

I'm making a music video in Flash, and I need camera movements. Right now I'm tweening giant movie clips, but I'm thinking of using vCam instead. I have to use the AS2 version, but the developer warns of a drop in performance. I'm afraid that the drop in performance could affect the syncing of he music or make the movie lag.

Does vCam AS2 have serious performance issues and have anybody had any?

Who told you that? I use VCam a ton and I haven't had any drop in performance.
