I'm trying to think of things that we think are inherently British but are actually from another country, to illustrate how multiculturalism is a good thing.

eg: Tea, is from India but is considered a British thing, so are potatoes and pyjamas...

Anyone got more examples of things that British people love that are actually from other cultures or countries?

Just out of personal curiosity, why are you curious, Hitler? What's the point in it, for you, to figure this out?

Everyone knows that tea isn't a "British thing", it's the stereotypical love of tea that is British.
