Animator/artist needed

I am trying to get an idea off the ground, and I think I should make finding an artist or animator first. An artist to design the characters among other things, and the animator, to of course, animate. I have the storyline here, without a script, but I am working on it, I also have a few reliable VAs, but I will be getting more once I have a better idea of what I'm looking for.
