lol trust me, the blood I spill usually isn't intentional.
The Benchmade 10410. It was a smaller knife blade about 3.5" handle 4". I bought it when I first got to Phoenix. Carried it everywhere, and took good care of it. Kept it well oiled, polished, and very sharp.
Sadly last year at Thanksgiving the flex lock rod bent, and I was forced to put it in to retirement. I feel I insulted the blade for not fixing it, and it truly haunted me. Finally I fixed it about a month and a half ago and things have been much better since.
yeah.... I'm a knife person....

let me guess, named "Retirement Fund" :P
lol I always joke about selling off many of my collectors stuff for my retirement fund lol
A pic of shadow Mario I did for a collab. It's supposed to me Mario Villians rushing towards the right. I had him in the middle of paint magic teleport (telepainting) cause I thought it would be cooler than a running pose. The Background is left Transparent for Collab reasons.
Hmm, the transparent background looks purple-y. Weird.

Transparent background don't work with JPG, (I think) try colouring the background as the same colour as the BSS. (the greyish one)
Art and OLD Art thread
NEW Art thread!
- I will keep on drawing and failing until I understand how to do it right!

It's a GIF, the Jpeg saved with a yellow background color (I was using yellow and it was in the background slot). I assume it tried to save transparent or it would have ended up yellow like the JPEG version.

huh.... perhaps the conversion went bad or something...
check the expiration date?
But all and all, when needing transparency on the BBS here I usually just use the illusion of such and use the NG Background color...

Yeah no real big deal, the PNG version I have for the collab worked. I just did not want the garish yellow JPEG. I might make the background black 'cause as the PNG shows it looks hella creepy when applied to black.

at least the down-loadable version is working properly
that is good

Yes and it came out good. It does look filter raped but I was mimicking Nintendo who loves to filter rape their chars. Lol.

What the hell country has a jesusaurus Rex on it's flag?
Old fan art of MSPaint adventures' Problem Sleuth. I like it so there :P
Ok, I got the cheesy art style I wanted. Now for some B-Movie Text! Comments? I was going for a 1960's feel. I bet I'm gonna screw up on the text though. Gimp has shitty fonts. But How's the art?
Said pic to pic-less post above *sigh*
Something I finished. It's NSFW. Kinda crappy. And I rotoscoped a bit and I feel that's cheating but here it is none the less.
For the Mother goose collab when they start the art half anywhoo. It came out decent I think. I went for a story book illustration + creepy kind of vibe.
So someone made a "steampunk" pic. So I got inspired to make one myself. Although it came off with a much more Mad Max Feel. It is based of a Steampunk Char of mine named: Desert Fox. It needs a background and maybe some more detail. But this is what I got so far.

Well im certainly flattered i inspired you, yet theres still some work to be done :P
The colors and outfit is really the only issue i have. The outfit is fine but seems a bit too modern, and the colors aren't rusty and desaturated enough. otherwise it looks really cool :) !!
Yeah it's not true steampunk. As I said it it based off of My Larp character from the steampunk LARP Steam and Cinders. I realize it's not wjat most consider steampunk but it's not off the genre.
