Are you trying for a complete wood look. Like a gun made out of natural material?
Knowing your end target will help me critique.
Yes, It's actually gonna be named the woodsman. That's why the metal parts are copper and gold, you know more "natural" metals. But I want it to look like a gun a D&D Ranger (or a WoW hunter if you prefer) would carry if they had access to one.

Ahh, gunslinger class. gotcha.
Starting with the stock, I would add some nice carved embellishments. Just because it is rustic, doesn't mean it has to be bland. This also aids in the thought that these are rare, and pieces of art as well as weapons.
Although that should probably be saved until closer to last.
I'm sure you know you have the clip to work on to, but for kicks perhaps you should give the look of a blade on it or something for some fun/close melee action.
Something similar to the edge of an axe would be good.
The bark, I'm not quite sold on yet. I would suspect something a little more refined I'd really have to get back to you on that one. And the same goes for the moss.
Perhaps after you worked them a little more.

there's no slant. That's bad camera angle + slightly rotated top.
I sometimes wonder why I bother. Every time I post a WIP or a finished piece and think "This is looking good." Y'all go "Naw Brah, This is how you do it." Lol. I've been blown away by some of the pieces that have been posted lately.

Flurry oh picture posts, No response, thread falls to the bottom of the page. A bump though gets a response lol. A scolding from Jonny but a response. I get it though I won't bump again.
Though it would be even more awesome if the lights were orange or red.

More closeups of the weapon please.

I don't have that particular weapon handy, It's at the Legend's campsite (My "home" LARP that I help run) I tend to store most my props on site. So no close ups till I bring it home. The Hammer was not made by me by the way. My friend Darrin usually does the melee weapons and I make the ranged.
