Usually when there's no forum just for introducing yourself, the people that made the forum DO NOT want you too introduce yourself.

Newgrounds is perhaps not the best way to make friends, only on the forum. We have cynics on this website, but the forums are so open, it is easier to tell about how messed up we really are. You should probably just go to a website like Facebook and you can make "friends" and more actively send messages to them.
