To over eat, yes. Otherwise they wouldn't be fat. Excess fat is generally ugly. We're geneticaly programmed to find slimmer, fitter women more attractive as it shows that they are capable of looking after themselves and are in better shape for mating. A monkey is going to go for the mate most capable of looking after young ones or hunting, not who eats all the food and is slow.

Actually, there were times when fat women were considered really attractive. I think in whole of human history, fat women were attractive.
