2 months ago we had an earthquake here it destroyed most of the country anyway when the donation where given to reconstruc it one big industry said that it would give the 5% of month of work, but they have it planned, Since they knew they would get the money back in no time since everyone needed construcution materials then, dont you think that they colud have given a bit more than that? i mean if the would get the cash back fast they could have given almost the 40-45% dont you think so?

They are a business, so the whole reason they exist in the first place is to make a profit. Giving away your profits isn't a very good way of running a business.

Yeah, because that's exactly what humanity as a whole needs, more profits for businesses at the cost of people with genuine need.

Can't always be worried about everyone else. Given that they were not required to give anything at all, one should be happy they gave 5%.
