Downloading & Adding Sounds

Hi there, I just finished making my (2nd) FBF movie & I was wondering where I could get like. Those Sound Effects that you find in Stick-Fighting animations & Also, How toa dd them to my animation.

Also, Can I know from were you managed to get this kind of sounds?
So I can use for the future & Because I still need a few more screaming sounds :P

I tried Googlying, But I couldent find any usefull stuff...

Sorry :P

I found a nice page of sounds & Stuff, But I need like a Gore sound that you find in Stick Fights when they quish a body or something, Or they just split it in 2 with their hands.
Thats like a hard PPFCHHAGG sound & I cant seem to find any, Ive been looking for one like that for around 2 days now (A couple of hours) and nothing that is even close...

Any help would be very appreciated :D
