Last night, Mike, Tim and I went to Barcade in Brooklyn to hang out with Adam Atomic, creator of Flixel and Canabalt!
Adam is a really really really nice guy so meet him if you ever get the chance.
Coincidentally there was a NYC Game Industry meetup happening at Barcade that same night, so we got to meet a lot of cool people and trek to the edge of Queens to see the rumored Baby Castles.
I also got to meet messhof, who has made lots of indie PC games and this:
Side note: Barcade is coming to Philadelphia! I'm really excited for that.
Super Meat Boy is competing against some other indie games in a contest on Game Trailers. One of the games is being accused of spamming votes but maybe we can all join up to give SMB an NG bump.
GO VOTE FOR SUPER MEAT BOY!
If you haven't played the web version of SMB, here it is:
I've played builds of the console version and it's super awesome!
BIG STORE NEWS
We discovered over time that our store quantity algorithm was created for Comic-Con fans and not general NG users. As a result, we have sold out of most of our Medium and Large shirts, with leftover Small and XL.
We don't want to keep making the same shirts forever and would rather focus on new designs in the near future, so we're trying to clear out all the remaining sizes of most of our shirts! If you check out the store, you will see that a majority of the shirts are $8-12. Sorry if we don't have your size. If we do, grab it while supplies last!
