does anyone know the settings you export your flash to get it in HD?

I have a cartoon on here and it looks awesome, but on youtube it looks fuzzy...

Well what I do is export it as a quicktime and convert it to a hd avi with a converter, but the converter cost money. Here's a trial of it

This is a format chart which contains all the various document dimensions and their specifics. Hope this helps
