Test Scene help and clothes

I'd like to know how to view ONLY a certain section of my animation, when I press Test Scene or Test Movie it starts from the beginning and as my animation gets longer and longer it becomes more of a hassle to sit through the entire thing to view only one part. How exactly do I test a certain section? Someone told me I have to be on a different "scene" or something. The whole project right now is on one scene, I have no idea how to create seperate scenes or what I need to do. Any help would be great. I'm using CS3.

Also, to stay on the topic of animation, any tips on how to animate someone's clothes blowing in the wind? I've never done something like this before so I don't really know.

Go to Insert on the toolbar on the top of flash and you'll see insert scene

You can also go into windows on the tool bar go down and you'll see other panels and click on scene panel or press Shift+F2
