Twlight + World of Warcraft says hello. There is definitely a market for it. There hasn't been an official announcement yet so we still have to wait and see what it truly is.

No. However, a week or two later, they read about that new thing the Wii can do in their newspaper or Time magazine or whatnot. And so they decide, "This would make a great Christmas gift for Billy/Mom/myself." If it turns out Natal is actually usable, you can bet that a lot of people will buy 360s for their kids, or buy the expensive peripheral for the 360 already in the household.

The exact same thing can be said about hardcore games and hardcore gamers. How else do you explain Call of Duty, Grand Theft Auto, and Halo?

Well, they are good games. And they get good reviews.

People like them. So they buy the next ones in the series.

Does anybody know the times of the conferences next year? Last year, I only caught the tail end of the Sony Conference and Ubisoft conference thanks to school. And since the three conference days this year are taking place on the three very last days of my school year, I'd like to know exactly what I'm missing.

you forgot the 3D stuff they are going to try and push. Also, Sony Spain confirmed that Move+PSEYE+ dmeo disc is going to be bundled together for under $70, so i'm just going to expect $69.99, or something along those lines.

Also, if Jaffe's game ISN'T some kind of vehicle combat game, I'm expecting twisted metal fans to attack him or something after all the teasing he's done.

Looking forward to Deus Ex and hoping for a new Jet Set game. Everything about Halo Reach has been revealed. I'm not concerned about the rest of the armor abilities or anything. The rest will hopefully shock or delight me. I know most of the conferences are going to be batshit boring.
