You might as well call fighting games repetative then as all you're doing is just button mashing each fight, just with different characters. Still the same thing though over and over again.

Except, When me and my friend go to the arcade, and put our coins in the arcade machine, We don't have to keep putting coins in Soul Calibur to choose all the characters.
I love games RPG's, Shooters, and Fighters, and not just for the OMG IT'S SO BAD ASS LULZ LULZ LULZ I play my shit on hard mode, where I get my ass beat every chance I get.
We <3 Katamari is a boring, stupid game, that makes me feel so fucking stupid playing it, not just for the LULZ Factor, I think the content is humorous, but it is hiding a shitting game behind it's "quirky" Factor.

No one is asking you to play it.
I have it, play it and love it, and I do like quality games. It is quirky, it is unusual still, but nothing beats rolling us a bunch of crazy Japanese characters who are running around madly at the idea of a giant ball rolling them up. Sometimes you just get in the mood for certain games.
It's not easy either, there are hard tasks. It's not all "lol roll up there lol roll up there now".
And beat of all, no button mashing!
I wonder what seamonky would think of this thread...
Personally, I loved Beautiful Katamari, when I first played it, it was a nice change from constantly shooting and blowing stuff up.
Just goes to show, things don't have to make sense to be good.

I <3 overly sized vibrators.
Is that the one where you make a ball out of buildings and people?
