Are there any good AVI to WMV converters out there? Google isn't much of a help.
My grass went emo, so now I don't have to cut it anymore.

Windows Movie Maker will do that.

WMM is trash.
Try AVS Video converter.
Just curious, but why would you want to convert it to wmv? Wmv is a bloated filetype, AVI is a much better alternative if you're playing it on your PC.
If just viewing the video is the problem, download VLC player, it's got a codec to pretty much every filetype known to man.

I guess this is what his problem is...I was thinking about post something like you :p
Maybe his AVI file is an H264 file or an MP4 file...thus, he can't open it with WMP...and thus, Windows Movie Maker won't be able to convert that AVI file into WMV file...
