Help with audio and movie clips

Hello.

I need help with this problem I'm having.

I have a movie clip of animation (talking animation) and some speech. While the footsteps animation are fine with the walking animation, the talking animation starts like a second after the speech started, and finishes way after the audio have finished, sometimes even during another audio speech. I have two talking animations both being late to start and finish on the audio / speech clips.

I am running the movie at 24fps and each frame of the animations have two extra frames before going to the next keyframes. Obviously in a loop.

Help please? I tried Stream, Start or Event but none of them are making the audio come later or the movie clip animations start sooner.

Try putting the audio in a movie clip and sync it up with the mouth animation
