It's May 9th, newgrounds. May 9th 2010. We are well into spring, and some would say it's pretty much summer.
Except for one thing.
It's May 9th, and it fucking SNOWED here last night. Yep, we here in way upstate New York where nobody pays attention to got a massive storm were enjoying the nice sunny weather until a gusty thunderstorm friday night, a gusty rainstorm last night, with a couple minutes of hail, and this morning, fucking SNOW. In MAY!
What sucks more is that I live on a dead end road in the middle of nowhere in upstate NY, and I lost power until about 10 minutes ago, from like 7 PM yesterday. Only half of my road lost power, and I was unlucky enough to be caught in the crossfire.
What the fuck, May. You're supposed to be SUNNY OR RAINY! NOT SNOWY! FUCK YOU!

I live in Minnesota, snow in May sucks but it's no surprise.
Still, it's annoying and I want it to just be nice warm weather already.

It snowed here too, in Norway. You know why? Because the ashcloud from that volcano on Iceland is cooling down the hot air from the gulf stream. Hey, I'm not worried, at least it fights back some of the effects of global warming and delays the new iceage by several decades.

I am surprised you mentioned this day and did not even note that it was Mother's Day. It depends on what part of the world you live in. I live in Florida, so it would be way past my time to ever see snow here, not that I ever have in fact seen snow in all of the years that I have lived here. Don't worry, summer's next month.

The weather is too sporadic these days, I prefer the old scheduled seasons I always used to remember back in the 90's.
If it's summer, it is hot, not snowy.
If it's Winter, it is cold, not sunny.
It irritates me sometimes, sunny winters cause migraines.

It sucks here in Virginia, we have humid heat which just makes the temperature feel that much worse and it's not even summer yet. Although I agree with the fact that spring is supposed to bring warmth and happiness, not snow of unimaginable terror.
