I wanted to make a thingy like this or if theres been one in the past start another one.
-Rules are simple-
use any program you want
make your own unique tankman
try to keep itt tankman-ish
have fun.
try to be as creative as you can here people i wanna see some cool stuff.

I made my tank man Vexon Style which pretty much means he has a pointy face and 3 fingers =p

This is pretty interesting, and I'll probably participate, but I gotta do some nit picking first.
I think your Rules could be a little more strict. Just allowing any program can sometimes invite unwanted trouble...
you should probably post a minimum time limit. Like jonny did with the battle royal. Sure not all people need 15 minuets to do something funny or skilled, but it helps to try keep out the 30 second riffraff hack jobs
yeah that's about it.
I got nothing against stuff like paint.net or MS paint, but most cannot do a good job in those programs and just do something that takes a minuet or two, call it a tank man, and then post it..

I do draw stuff like this all the time... but then I scan and ink it..... I take it you don't liked the inked stuff...

besides, this kind of stuff really doesn't pay the rent, where more colored and inked work does. hopefully one day I'll get good enough at 3D get you guys to say this stuff about my 3D :(
