Thank you EVERYONE who got involved with Pico Day this year. It was a real inspirational weekend here in NG-land and we hope to keep all the good energy going throughout the year.

Goals for Pico Day and Annual Awards in 2011:

1. More comprehensive Pico Day contest set (art / music / writing / games / movies) with more publicity leading up to the day, for the greatest Pico Day EVER.
2. Nominees and judging panels for Musician and User of the year.
3. Higher quality video feed from the Pico Day event and we'll mic anyone who is presenting awards.
4. NG CHAT??? No promises.

The pico day party looked like a blast and might I suggest a mannycam or something if you are going to use a webcam, that way you can have the video of somebody presenting and then when you use the projector screen you can switch to the mannycam and people watching the feed could see a high quality version of the video you've got up on the wall. And more people! I huge NG block party would be awesome one year!

The live feed wasn't that bad anyway. I was watching on stickam and while it was hard to hear you sometimes due to the cheering/clapping, I think people forget that it was YOUR party too. The impatient fuckers were getting upset when it got to like 6.02pm and they had no UOTY happen. You guys did a good job, and it seemed like you had a great time.

NG Chat needs to be bumped up the list I think :3
