Calling the cops will be more complicated, and if you call CPS, you can guarantee that something is done about it.

However, your friend will probably hate you. So you have a choice to make; do you want to do what you thin is right, or what she thinks is right?

Except this is an online forum, and nowhere did I encourage him to actually kill someone or plead false self defense. Nowhere in my posts was something that could be held against me in a court of law, and it isn't like Vanilla will ever take my advice of all peoples, and the guy will never see this, and even if he does, he won't know it is about him. And what you said is actually a felony that is very defined and you will get in trouble for it.

And some states are a "Stand your ground" state where if you feel threatened you can act accordingly. I never once told him to attack him first, and as I said, him breaking a bottle over his head will only show the Police that he had built up rage so he took it out on himself instead of the guy he had to subdue. And I never admitted that I encourage him to break the law, I will never admit that I encourage people to break the law, and how is me saying to bring a bat in case things go south, then to make sure the guy gets medical attention if things do go south, me encouraging him to break the law?
