Serious help needed, no flaming

A friend of mine is dating a guy that I know is either messing with an underage girl and had sex with her or is doing it currently. Fact of the matter is, he's having the accusations slung at him by the girl herself. The friend of mine isn't listening to logic and isn't trying to get to the bottom of anything. Whether he's still doing it or not is irrelevant, fact of the matter is if he did it at all it's sick and I want to bust him. It's pedophilia, and for the record this girl(not my friend) is under 18 and the guy's in his 20s, and not early 20s, mid to upper.

I want to, but he has my friend so convinced it's a lie that she's only calling the cops on her. Honestly, if someone made an accusation like that I would try getting to the bottom of it instead of blowing it off. I already told her that if she doesn't do anything soon to never talk to me. I like that idea, but she lives outside of Detroit somewhere now and I live in Peoria, IL. She moved into an apt out there so it dampers things.

No, in my situation the guy obviously charged him, and the reason he would hit him with a bottle would be to release the rage he has so he is calm when he talks to the police so he remembers the story better, and if he wanted to kill him, why would I suggest calling a medic?
