Hey, can you help me resize this?

Well, I made this comic for my school newspaper. (I know, i thats lame, blah blah) but I just enjoy disturbing the minds of my fellow students (as much as i possibly can without getting in trouble for explicit art) but they need the file in a specific height, so can someone make this 2.75 inches high without stretching it out too far, and still keep the quality nice?

Why does it need to be resized. Odds are they're using some sort of page layout app... just give them that file, they can place it to fit (which will also help with the resolution).

you can even resize it in paint.
thats what ive been using to resize my pixel people, anyways
