Available for download: Pico Day 2010 Loading Screen!
ALSO AVAILABLE: Pico Day Flash 6 Preloader
If you are submitting a Pico Day submission THIS FRIDAY, APRIL 30th (no sooner), please use this loading screen as part of the celebration.
Note that if you are designing at 550x400, this screen is larger than your work space. Try aligning it from the bottom right so you at least get Nene, the tank and the links to previous years. Pico can stand on the sidelines this year.
If you are interested in running Flash Ads you can place the ad movieclip over the tank logo and remove the default border art that comes with the ad - just make sure you don't delete the clip the ad itself loads into.
BIG QUESTION: Is anyone doing anything that requires AS3? If so we could prep an AS3 version or you could edit it to make your own.
Also if you are using anything less than Flash 8, let me know and I can prep a Flash 6 version. (already done - see link above)
Our current plan for Friday is to watch Pico Day entries all day from the office, then webcast the annual Tank Award winners at 6pm EST! When that happens there will be a front page post with a link telling you where to go. We may do other webcasting throughout the day so stay tuned.

Also don't miss the PICO DAY ART CONTEST!!!!
In other news, Tim and I just got back from a week in San Diego where I had a BattleBlock Theater jam session with Behemoth-partner DanPaladin. I also got to hang out with Rog from I-Mockery, Maddox and Sean "Jinx" Gailey - hi guys!
I'll be catching up on stuff and trying to wrap up a new game with JohnnyUtah for the rest of the week, hopefully to come out shortly after Pico Day!
