Bad Omen maybs?

So I'm sitting here playing Splinter Cell when the lamp on my desk explodes sending the light bulb crashing onto my bed in a million pieces. Now if the fact that my bed is now covered in glass isn't bad enough, i rip my finger open trying to unscrew it. wtf mate?

I don't know much about electricity. It powers my computer and speakers, and so it's good.
