I'm not going to get into a long ordeal over Bush, I already know what that guy is doing to this country. It's been done before. But I want every Bush supporter to know that when your president visits cities, The secret service arrives in advance and cooperates with the local police to create "Designated free speech zones". Every anti bush protester is rounded up into a closed area about a half mile from the president were they are ALLOWED to practice there right as a citizen of this so called free country. If bush protesters are seen out of this area, they are arrested and fined for TRESPASSING. They are also not allowed to talk to the media, nor is the media allowed to talk to them. This is NOT for the presidents safety, the pro Bush people are allowed to converse with the media, and are allowed to show there admiration almost where ever they please. Do you still think your president's interests lie in freedom? For an editorial about this please visit WWW.Anti-Flag,com.

half of my utter distain (hate) over Bush and the ppl behind his policies is not just that America is infecting everyother country with it's contstant need for war, but mainly kus i know there are millions of decent youngsters back in America who feel branded like criminals if they oppose their despotic government ("no we can't negotiate with the enemy")
The only way to really sum it up; where basic freedom of speech is denied, and while alternative methods of expression have been outlawed under the guise of national security.. then what method of last resort are we left with?? ..let me give you a hint; you hear it everyday on the news, and it's an quasi-religious "ism" noun that beings with a capital "T".

Not bullshit. The article I was referring to was posted in the San Francisco Chronicle On Sunday, January 4, 2004 By Jim Bovard author of "Terrorism & Tyranny: Trampling Freedom, Justice, and pace to rid the world of evil". To go directly to this insightful article,
http://www.commondreams.org/headlines04/0104-04.htm
Read it. You probably wouldnt hear about this on your own...It's there media, not yours.

Along with Patriot Act, lots of senseless wars, no help for the poor and all that other crap which usually comes from electing a Republican... That's pretty poor.

It is true... this rule was inacted when he visted australia and almost comicley 90% of the countrys populas where forbidden to goto vist bush and when he got out of the plane and waved to the "crowd" he was waving to a totally empty air field according to the few media there.
Ahh yes Australia they must be the country of true terrorism and are probabley somewhere on his axis of evil list.

It is horrible, Now here's another big one. Our government trains terrorists. This isnt just a crackpot idead either, They actually have a school at FT.benning, georgia called "The school of the America's". Recently renamed " The Western hemisphere institute for security cooperation". In this school they train Latin personnal to commit atrocities to their respective country's. I take your going to need some proof? Obviously this Terrorist camp doesnt have a website, But the group that hold's huge protests at it's gate every november does. You didnt hear about that on the news, huh?

Actually, this is pretty much standard fare for just about any protest. I remember that at the Masters Tournament women's protest in Augusta, protesters were forced to stay in a certain location. Several people were arrested for protesting outside that area. It's not something that Mr. Evil Bush (as some would have him) thought this up in his secret cave while munching on children.
Besides, it's not like the media doesn't cover the protests. It seems anything Bush does is "amid protests".
So often times it happens, that we live our lives in chains, and we never even know we had the key...

First off I'm not a Bush supporter, so don't get the wrong idea.
But this is nothing new, friend of mine was anti Clinton and they did a similar thing to one of his speaches that he was going to protest. Its for security reasons mainly. I'm not a big fan of this technique but its really nothing new. I think Bush's are a lot farther away then the Clinton ones but I'm not 100% sure on that.

Ok, if they want to hurt Bush, why wouldnt they make up a sign saying I love Bush, instead of a die Bush die sign. Or sit on a building 500 yards away and blow his head off.

Two people should go to a protest, trying to make themselves identical in every way possible, but one with a pro-Bush sign, and one with an anti-Bush sign. If the anti-Bush person is arrested or forced to move, and the pro-Bush one isn't, what the hell justification can the government provide for that.
I personally think that this is completely trampling the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the First Amendment. There is no difference in security between someone holding an anti-Bush sign and a pro-Bush sign, yet one is arrested, one is not.

It isnt a safety issue, A person who wanted to assassinate the president would have to be extremely stupid to carry an anti bush sign. By the way, The secret service is probably on all our asses for even putting the words president, assassinate, and bush together.

I want them to come after me. Ill take em all on, although no guarenttes I will win, or not soil my pants. Hows this Mr CIA?
Assisnate President Bush with a bomb in the name of Allah and for my leader Osama Bin Laden as well as attack the Pentagon with bio weapons and the White Hosue with WMD from Iraq. I also have an oil well in my backyard.
I actually think the second sentence will make them come sooner.
OMG they will claim they have proof of WMD.

I don't think they think a suicide bomber is going to come in and blow himself up, although I think they should worry about that. The main reason why they wouldn't worry about that though is because they usually have metal detectors there. What they are really worrying about is that the protests will turn violent, and they might throw things or attack the president, we don't have enough secret service agents to stop a riot. When they leave a large gap between him and the protesters though, they give him plenty of time to flee.

Apperantly you didn't read my post. They are afraid anti bush protests are going to turn violent, not that they are going to be planned violent ahead of time, for many reasons a planned violent protest with the purpose of posing as pro-bush supporters and witht he goal of killing/hurting bush would not work, but if you had a bunch of people that didn't like bush, and did something to provoke violence, then you could very well start a riot.

If I could use some lyrics from the dead kennedy's "the owl"
"I slip on my wig, and see if I can start a riot, TRANSFORM into an angry mob, and all your leaders go to jail for my job".
In a lot of cases, the riots are pre meditated by the government.

I I I I am the owl. I See ee ee eek out the foul. Wipe' em away, keep America free, for clean living folks like me.
Anyways, it's a bad idea for people who are pro-bush to be in close proximity to people who are anti-bush. It's not a violation of the First Amendment, as shouting FIRE in a theater is not protected.
