But where do you draw the line that some one is considered a nerd?

A nerd is a smart geek, or maybe that's the other way around. Anyway, it's a social misfit with mental skills to compensate.

They may also take a particular genre of fiction, such as science fiction. Asperger syndrome can commonly attribute to the traits of the more "basement dwelling" nerds. I'm guessing a geek is just a tech wizz. So, I guess you could say everbody nowadays is a geek or a nerd.

You're a geek when you get insanely high grades. You're a nerd if you also are addicted to games like WoW and/or when you're at least at two or three sports. Wearing glasses and pants beneath your armpits isn't necessary.
