As the others have said, the sketches look great.
Personally, I like the sketch to the left more than the colored one you have there. Mostly because the hand isn't contorted into some weird position you would never see me doing. :P
But, seriously, it seems way more natural and light. Also, the simple smile is better than the glaring teeth

Well your sketches are pretty decent, I just recommend working on Cleaning up the line-work quite a bit then your pieces would be pretty epic! :D :D

Well, I'm liking the way she looks very much.
All the hairstyles revolve around the same basic shape, so it seems you've got a clear idea about how it should look. Maybe you should lend us a clue on what are your partners after in her look...
Maybe she could use some brushing? A hairpin? Dunno, I find her fine-looking with the styles you already showed us.
