well, i need a free program to add effects to the speech in what will be my animation, such as a radio or telephone effect and a robot kind of effect...
if you know what i mean and have a solution, PM me, because chances are ill forget i posted this XD

Radio or telephone effect can be achieved with EQ. Use Audacity.
