All of these technologies have been around for a while. X-rays are obsolete now, I had non-dairy creamer in my refrigerator a week ago, and science fiction has barely changed over the years.

Zeppelins are actually used fairly often these days.

Bigger, on average. Male egos, and genetic enhancements, have actually created a small problem where the average penis size is too large for the average woman. As such, penises in the future are slightly conically shaped, so as to breed properly.

Rap will stop being a fad in the mid 20's, and will not change much from how it was at the turn of the century.

The moon has several, very fancy, hotels on it, and numerous space research stations. We also have an enormous telescope on it, because it is both out of the atmosphere, which blocks proper photographs, and on the ground, so it can be built larger than satellite telescopes.
