You can see in the bottom right corner of the screen that this one's impossible to hack no matter how you arrange the movable tiles. There's always been some way in all the others I've seen to get it to the other end.

OK, guess I must be lucky or something. I'm near the Farmer's Market where you gotta collect the 7 things to make the recipe.

Yup. Happened to me several times within that game. Still can't figure it out why people like that hacking game compared to the easier one in Bioshock 2.

It's happened to me as well, I think they want you to use some plasmids to make it hackable, fewer alarm tiles and so forth.
This sig is 100% effective protection from all hexes, curses, evil spirits and bad karma. Guaranteed.
yea it's happened a few times.
If you use the plasmids for easier hacking it'll probably reduce the chance, but who actually uses hacking plasmids?

They don't, I've not seen a single person that says they like that hacking minigame, infact I've only seen people say they hate it.
"Sir, we are surrounded!"
"Excellent, we can attack in any direction!"

I like it.
Better than playing "guess the word" when trying to hack a computer on FO3.
NOTE: if you're not seeing the image like this, then it is because your computer is possessed. You will need force a reload of the internet's lifeline, or kill it completely.
Yeah that happed a lot to me as well when I played through it. What sucks is it always happened when I needed the damn things the most lol.
Love is giving somebody the power to destroy you and trusting them not to!!
this happend to me one or twice but with safes. It may have been just a cruel joke to make you use your auto hacks or it gives you a reason to use those less security tile tonics.
It's not impossible, you just trip the alarm.
