constant weakening

for some reason i'm constantly getting weaker and i've been doing the shadow punches (punching at nothing) and i've still gotten weaker (and its been raining alot here), anyone know why?

Maybe because Punching at nothing isn't weight lifting, or exercise for that matter. Maybe if you are boxer and you are just practicing their accuracy in punching. or just trying to pop your arm.
If you are getting weaker, then start eating more (or healthier foods) and work out at your local gym. If you can't get there, do push ups, sit ups, or even pull up's at your home.

i've been punching AFTER i did some excersizes in my room, but i am still getting weaker
